Dear friends and colleagues,

The passage of the Affordable Care Act was supposed to bring insurance coverage to tens of millions of Americans while triggering innovations in medical delivery that would lower costs and increase quality. The implementation of the Affordable Care Act has given us something quite different. In these blogs we will explore the economics of the ACA and consider alternatives that might move us closer to achieving the elusive “Triple Aim.”
